Three flavours of fresh paneer.
Same milk, same method, three different blocks. The spice goes in before the paneer sets, so it runs all the way through. Pick by the dish you're cooking.

Oregano
Mediterranean herb, Indian kitchen.
Earthy, aromatic and savoury. Dried oregano goes into the warm milk before it sets, so the herb runs through the whole block. The mildest of the three, and the most versatile.

Red Chilli Flakes
Heat that builds and stays.
Red chilli flakes are folded into the curd, so the heat sits inside every bite rather than on the surface. For wraps, tikka and anything you want to fight back a little.

Product questions.
No. The flavour is already set inside the paneer. Washing would rinse spice off the surface, and marinating isn't needed. Open the pack, cut it and cook.
Up to 15 days from the date of manufacture when kept at 1–4 °C. Once opened, use it within 5 days. Please don't freeze it, as freezing changes the texture of fresh paneer.
No. There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Just milk, salt, the spice and citric acid.
PANEVO contains milk. It is made in a facility that also handles nuts and wheat, though our paneer lines are dedicated and cleaned between runs.
Yes. PANEVO is made from pasteurised milk and is ready to eat. It's very good cubed into a salad.
